Woman charged with N5.7million fraud

A 36-year-old woman, Ibikunle Onile, was yesterday charged before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court,  Lagos, over alleged fraudulent sale of some quantities of sweets and soaps valued at N5.7 million.

Onile of no fixed address and others now at large, were said to have conspired among themselves to commit felony to wit; stealing.

According to the charge, the accused and others, at No. 53 Oniwaya, Agege, Lagos, stole N5.7 million, property of Tonytonia Industry Limited.

The accused was arraigned by the police on a three-count charge of felony to wit; stealing, and fraudulent sale of goods.
